2009 trend in men’s watches: Now, they are a girl’s things too!
Gone are the days of stereotyping women with cute or delicate watches with bathetic designs; now, they need all those manly utilities to stay at par with the changing world and demanding professions. So the coolest men’s timepieces are now to be found within a woman’s fashionable wardrobe.
The Diesel DZ7071 is one of the most preferred one. A contemporary design in stainless steel and a digital display on yellow-crystal background being it’s prime esthetic forte, it has pushed the Fossil Men’s Black Diamond Dial in gold-tone steel and 3-hand movement watch into the second position.
The sleek and modern D&G (Dolce & Gabbana) square watch is a sporty one, though inspired by a lot of elements from the classic watch designs. A boldly colored case contrasts the striped leather band quite well. But if we talk about the certain parameters defining fashion this year, the rectangular, brushed stainless steel variety with silver dials is shaping the craze. Brown and vintage looking leather bands are forming the other half of the aspect while ornate and tonal designs (e.g. Marc Ecko Men’s Watch) are brightening the formal party evenings. The same goes for stainless steel bracelets and iced bezels.
