One shape fits all: An extra pair in your wardrobe

So far you had at least one pair for every occasion but now you also need that pair to make your outfit get the click. Piecing together a perfect wardrobe had been half-the-game; the combination must now be reversed.

The right pair of shoes has been found to elongate, slim, sober or turn its wearer flirty – that’s to say they make or break an entire look. However, for the all-purpose pairs, it’s no different designs that have been introduced; you need to watch the way you dress around the most and pick among the existing ones to pair up with. Following are a few tips to help you choose.

i. Though stilettos speak the ultimate in sexiness with pencil skirts or slim pants, they are not to be worn with mini skirts to stay on the correct side of the fine line between being sexy and trashy.

ii. Knee-high boots, especially, the equestrian types were largely worn over skinny jeans but this time with the knee length skirts, they are a fashion statement. The cowboy boots go well with sundresses.

iii. So far, you considered the classic flats to be for all casual purposes. These classics never went out of style for imparting that trendy ladylike touches, but they are for above-the-knee skirts and dresses. Capri pants and Bermuda shorts are also okay with it but not long skirts or skinny pants. The counterpart of the flats are kitten heels; these go everywhere but the gym. They double as office attires and eveningwear and an has an uber-feminine retro approach.

iv. The flip-flops are comfortable and super-casual but are only meant for the beach or the spa.
